Delivery and

We provide a curbside delivery service to deliver your flooring.

We offer a standard delivery cost to the UK Mainland. Standard delivery will usually take between 3 and 7 working days.

For Highlands, Northern Ireland & Non-Mainland UK Destinations an additional delivery surcharge is applied to all orders. We will contact you to discuss this upon receiving your order.

Delivery Checklist

There are a couple of things you can do to ensure smooth delivery of your new flooring.

  • When you order, let us know of any restricted access.
  • If your address is difficult to find, let us know of any instructions.
  • If you’re not in when your order is delivered, you may be charged a re-delivery fee.
  • After delivery, check the packs and make sure everything in your order is in great condition.
  • Please also ensure you store the flooring indoors and in a dry location as detailed in our installation guidelines.


In the unlikely event you’re not happy with your purchase, or if you have unopened, unused packs after completing your project, and would like to return your items, please contact us.

Unused Packs

We can accept these back in exchange for a refund/credit, subject to the following conditions:

  • Goods must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • You are responsible for returning the goods to us at your expense.
  • Packs must be unopened, in their original packaging. No partial packs, packs returned damaged or not packaged correctly will not be accepted.
  • 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned goods supplied correctly.

Damaged Items

Any deliveries with damaged or missing items should be reported to us straight away. Please also ensure you sign the delivery note with a clear note about any damage and take photographs.

Faulty Items

If your items arrive with a manufacturing fault, please contact us.

Changed your mind?

Refunds on initial outward delivery charges will not be given against goods correctly supplied.

Subject to our terms and conditions, and in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the order, to notify us that you wish to cancel the order.

Bespoke or special order products cannot be returned.
